How It Works

Selling mineral rights should not feel like a test you can fail. Here is exactly what happens after you contact us.

Tell Us About Your Mineral Rights

Step 1 — Tell us what you know

Complete the mineral information form. Fill in what you know and leave the rest blank. County, your name and a way to reach you is enough to begin.

Step 2 — We review the interest

We look at recorded county documents, state and federal records where relevant, nearby well and production activity, operator information and any royalty statements you provide. This step is where an incomplete picture usually becomes a clear one.

Step 3 — We follow up with information

We contact you in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer, and explain what we found: what the records show you own, whether it appears to be producing, and whether the interest fits our buying criteria.

Step 4 — You decide

If we make an offer, you are free to accept it, negotiate, get a second opinion, or walk away. If a sale moves forward, closing is typically handled through a mineral deed and title review, and funds are disbursed once title is confirmed.

What it costs you

Requesting a review costs nothing and creates no obligation to sell. We do not charge mineral owners fees for reviewing an interest.
